DELIVERY INFORMATION

Below you will see the charges that will be automatically applied at the checkout depending on your location. Simply find your postcode below to work out the cost if you do not want to wait until check out. If your postcode is not listed please ring sales on 0161 477 0967 before placing your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Fabrication orders will add £20 to the fee below.

Further Delivery Information

SIZE OF VEHICLES:


The delivery address must be easily accessible by a fire engine size vehicle in some instances. If you live in a tight area, please call sales on 0161 477 0967 and they will do their best to find out what size vehicle usually goes to your area (if you are told your delivery will be delivered by us and not an distributor our van size is – 3.5 ton)

The delivery driver has the right to refuse to deliver the goods if he deems the location unsafe to deliver to or there is insufficient help to off load the goods.

ASSISTING THE DRIVER:


There must be one able bodied person available to assist the driver in off loading and carrying laminate worktops and two for all solid surface worktops. Worktops can weigh up to 120kg.

Delivery is to kerbside only but the driver will assist carrying the worktops in to the nearest point should you require.

FAILED DELIVERIES:

Failed deliveries due to the customers fault will incur charges for restocking and re-delivery.

Should One Stop Worktops make an error in delivery we will endeavour to re deliver on the next allocated delivery day to your area.

Failure to deliver on the date specified due to reasons beyond our control such as closed roads, floods, snow, ice, local events and accidents etc. will not render the company liable for any costs incurred by the customer.

FITTERS:

The company cannot be held responsible should you have removed your old worktops, got a fitter on site or started your kitchen fit before receiving and checking your delivery of worktops. We will always advise you to wait until your goods have arrived and you have checked them before booking fitters in order to eliminate the extra costs for getting someone to come back whilst you wait for replacements. 

TWO DAY VANS:

Some distributors use a ‘two day’ service. This means that your delivery could fall over two days. If this is the case then your order acknowledgement will state in the ‘DELIVERY/COLLECTION’ Field to the right of the document 2D, this stands for two days. We always request our distributors to contact you the evening before to confirm which day your delivery has fell on and we also request them to call you 1 hour prior to drop. If you have not heard anything by 4:30pm the evening before you are expecting your delivery please call us on 0161 477 0967 we will chase this up for you.

ORDERING SINGLE ITEMS:

If you were to order a sink or tap on its own this will arrive via a carrier service. If you were to order for e.g. one upstand, the delivery charge may differ depending on your area. Sales will be able to advise you of this beforehand but the website will not calculate this for you.

This price is subject to change. The carrier charge may work out more expensive depending on exactly what you order and where you are.

ADHESIVES:


We are unable to post adhesives as they are liquid and our postage carrier do not allow it. The price you will see on our website is for a carrier to deliver the item.

SAMPLES:


Samples are sent via Royal Mail and will be posted within 24-48 hours of you sending over the request (this does not include weekends). Please note some solid surface samples will be sent directly from the manufacture and may arrive at a different time to others.
